Justin helped us sell our house in SF and we couldn't give him a higher recommendation. We interviewed multiple brokers, including Justin, and initially hired a team that was the top selling in our SF neighborhood, figuring they were a sure bet. Our house was larger than most in our area and had some other unique features, but was fully updated and seemed like an easy sell, even with the market slowing at the end of the summer. The team, however, was completely incapable of doing anything beyond the bare minimum they had had to do to sell a house in SF in the sellers' market of the past few years. We did and paid for everything they asked for but they were unable to get people to open houses and the listing agreement expired with zero offers having been made. We were extremely disappointed. At that point, we reached back out to Justin, very nervous as to how to continue. He immediately took control of the situation, had numerous ideas as to how to reach buyers beyond the typical local group and how to improve the presentation of the house.
My husband and I both work in a client service industry (lawyers) and as a result, have high expectations for professionals in other client service industries, which are rarely met. Justin exceeded all of them. He was extremely responsive (phone, email, text and in person) and 100% dependable. He was personally involved in every detail of the listing and sale, no matter how small, and his advice and guidance for us was always spot on. He took into account our specific concerns and worries when advising us (e.g. having already paid for staging and prep work once, every additional cost mattered a lot more) and his guidance was always practical. We had trouble trusting another realtor after our earlier experience and he worked hard to earn our trust. Our house seemed unlikely to be one of his larger sales but we never felt like less than his most important client. When we got an offer, Justin was open and honest as to how he thought we should proceed and we ended up with a price we were content with and a quick sale. In closing, Justin worked harder than I expect any other realtor would have to sell our home and in the end, he delivered.
If someone told me that I would sell my home off market in less than 24 hours during COVID I would have said no way. Justin however had the right contacts and made this seamless and comfortable for me. Explaining everything while maintaining a great sense of humor. Our purchase needs were complicated and Justin showed incredible patience with us, never failing to do whatever it took, including putting together bids late at night and dealing with counters and all the other trying realities of SF real estate. If you end up using Justin I'll say this: trust him on pricing. He is incredibly good at this part of the business. On the seller's side, we were basically blown away by his ability to ensure the home was in tip-top shape, such that we barely recognized it. Even dealing with a bad comparable literally upstairs, he got us a price beyond anything we had hoped for, and did so off-market before it ever hit MLS. Ultimately, we went with Justin because he has hustle, and it paid off for us.

Justin knows real estate is very responsive and moves fast (while also being thorough) which is super necessary in a market like San Francisco.
